ROBERT CAPA
This week we had to do a presentation about some different famous
photographers, and my classmate, Irati, and I spoke about Robert Capa.
First of all we talked a little bit about his biography, then we did an
explanation of 5 of his photos and to finish we showed 5 photos that we
took inspired by him. I loved doing this presentation about him because
he was a war photographer and his photos transmit a lot of feelings.
However, taking photos inspired by him was a very difficult job because,
as I have already told you, he was a war photographer so we couldn't
take photos like his. But we did our best
In his picture we can see children playing in the snow during the Second Sino-Japanese War. Here children were playing without thinking that their society was going through a war. Inspired by his photo, we decided to take a similar picture, but in our society. In our picture we can see that children are playing also without preoccupation.

Photographer´s tips
We have read and listen to different phographers tips on their job.I decided to take some photos using some of their tips.
1-GOLDEN HOUR: in my opinion this is the best moment to take a photo of the view, the sky is perfect!

2- RULE OF ODDS : in this picture we can see my friend in one of the points of the frames.
3 LEADING LINES: Here, I try to drawing a viewer's attention to specific points in an image using what are known as leading lines.
4-CHECK THE BACKGROUND: We can see two similar photos. In the first one I took a photo, but it wasn´t good at all because of the leaf . In the second picture, I took the photo from the correct point of view and this is better than the first one.
RULE OF ODDS: Using this method we can appreciate that I had used 9 spotlights (odd) insted of using less (even).
GET CLOSE: I took this photo more closely to give the impression of proximity and to appreciate more the water.
Basic Photography
We´ve watched some videos on basic photography, like Chris Bray photography tours courses.
He talk about some interesting photography facts like: how to work a camera, how we can take photos, the parts of a camera and the different types of cameras.
I´m going to add some pictures that I took:
The first picture is a slow Shutter Speed:
In this picture we can appreciate the speed of the bus. When I was taking the picture I moved my hand to give this effect of movement. It seems that the bus was going very fast.
The second picture is a small Depth of Field:
In this picture we can see a key-ring with a small motorbike in the foreground. In the background, we can see Zurriola beach and blurring the background I try to concentrate the attention on the motorbike, giving an impression of proximity.

Fake news +MassMedia
FAKE NEWS
Fake news are false stories that appear to be news, spread on the internet or using other media, usually created to influence political views or as a joke.
Some months ago, I think that it was summer, I was home with my family and suddenly I received a message that said:
"Ozuna was killed this morning at 5.00 am." I received also a picture of his corpse.
I was shocked because he is a famous singer. Later, I asked my friends and they didn´t know about it. Finally we searched on the internet and it wasn´t true. It was a fake news.
MASS MEDIA IN OUR LIVES
Nowadays, the press, the radio and television play a big role in the life of our society. This mass medias inform, educate and entertain us. They also influence the way we look at the world and make us change our views.
Millions of people watch TV and read newspapers in their free time. In my family, for example, we usually use this medias:
1-Newspaper, Marca: my father usually reads the newspaper "marca" because he loves sports, especially football. And also, because some parts of this newspaper are written by one of his friends.
2-Television, EITB2: my family have watched this channel since I was little.
3-Internet, Netflix: I always see netflix, I am hooked on it. At the moment I am seeing a serie that is called "Velvet" and sometimes I see romantic films.
In my opinion, I can´t imagine my life without media. It´s a good option to use the advantages of technology, although we must be careful since the internet affects in our lives and could cause us a lot of damage.
